Here are the notices for the week ahead and beyond:

The service will take place in the church in Alet-les-Bains and will start at the usual time of 10.30am. Collect and Readings for Sunday can be found on the Alet page of the Chaplaincy website

Next Sunday 22nd April 2018 – 4th Sunday of Easter
This will be a service of Morning Prayer led by Clive Billenness. The service will start at the usual time of the church of St. André

Notice of the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Chaplaincy
The 2018 Annual Meeting will take place on April 29th at Terre Rouge; the church where Cahors holds its worship. The service will start at 10.30am. Coffee will be available for early arrivals. The AGM will take place after the HC service where Rev. Dan Langdon-Griffiths will celebrate and preach. The AGM will be followed by a Bring and Share lunch. Visitors are requested to bring a dessert. There is plenty of parking available nearby and directions are to be found on the chaplaincy website. If you plan to attend please can you respond to this e-mail so I can pass on numbers to Cahors to assist with catering

Praying for each other
Praying is an important part of our Christian lives; it unites us as a body. At the back of the church we do keep a book of prayer requests. If you have a prayer request for yourself or somebody else and are unable to write it in the book please pass it on to Bob at the email address below. He will ensure the request is placed in the Prayer book and that whoever is leading intercessions that week also knows

On the table at the back of the church there is a plastic folder which contains the Chaplaincy Safeguarding Policy and Protocols. Would all members of the congregation please take time to browse through the folder and its contents. If you have any Safeguarding concerns you should make initial contact with our Safeguarding Officer: Margaret Snow

These notices (plus much more useful and interesting information) are available to read each week on the Chaplaincy website (see above for website address)
